we found everything very good, totally recommend it to all. had very enjoyable stay in the ancient town. the staff were friendly and helpful day and night. our location was excellent and lovely in the heart of the city.

It made our trip to Florence a really nice experience. Thoroughly enjoyed this young hotel, particularly good and lovely location and functional rooms. The breakfast was satisfactory and we tasted hot drinks. The room we had included central heating and a writing table. The staff was absolutely kind, they made our trip!

Great value for money with spacious and clean rooms. The recently remodeled bathroom was a nice touch. The inner garden adds a beautiful touch to the hotel. The location is perfect, within walking distance to the heart of the city. I would recommend this hotel for a reasonably priced stay in Florence.

It is an unique and quaint property located in Florence Historic Center district just off a church that was amazing inside, and downtown. The room is reasonably priced.

We spent 1 night and will come back. The venue is fairly clean, with great and impressive location right by the square outside which started at 7am as well as all attractions. The breakfast is very tasty and good, enjoyed its service.

What a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend I had! The location of the hotel was prime, as it was near all the best attractions. I saved so much time and money not having to travel far. the interior of the hotel was beautiful and full of character, which added to the already great mood. The staff were exceptional and provided excellent customer service, always making sure I had everything I needed. Lastly, the breakfast was simply delicious, and the morning pastries were always fresh and tasty.

There are a few things that could have been better. some staff members lacked enthusiasm and could be a bit more friendly towards the guests.
